By using our website and services (“Services”), you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Services.

Meowgration is a digital visa assistance service designed to simplify the visa application process. We provide document preparation, application support, and visa-related consultations — but we are not a government agency and do not guarantee visa approval.

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian permission to use our Services. By registering or using our platform, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

We assist with visa applications for multiple destinations including the United States, Canada, UK, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, and Morocco. Services may include:

• Form preparation (e.g., DS-160, UK visa forms, Japanese visa documents)
• Interview scheduling support
• Concierge and email support
• Travel advice and follow-up communications

We do not file applications on your behalf with embassies — we prepare and guide, you submit.

We do not offer legal advice or representation. All our services are informational and administrative. Using Meowgration does not establish a legal-client relationship.

• Service prices are listed on our website and are subject to change.
• Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
• All sales are final. Refunds are only issued if required by applicable law or under specific refund policies listed on the service page.
• Prices may include platform or payment processing fees.

If you have a subscription plan (e.g., Concierge Service), you may cancel anytime from your account. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period.

By providing your email and phone number, you agree to receive communications related to your service — including reminders, document requests, and updates via email, SMS, or other platforms. You may opt out anytime.

All content, images, logos, videos, and other assets on our platform are owned or licensed by Visa Global OÜ. You may not reuse or copy our content without written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for fraudulent or unlawful purposes
• Impersonate others or submit false documents
• Interfere with our system’s integrity or disrupt other users

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Visa decisions are made solely by embassies and consulates. While we prepare your documents with care, we cannot and do not guarantee visa approval, issuance speed, or entry into a country.

We do not provide services to individuals or businesses located in sanctioned countries, including Russia, Belarus, North Korea, Iran, Syria, or Sudan. We do not use software provided by vendors from these countries.

Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We respect your privacy and follow GDPR-compliant practices for data collection, usage, and retention.

We may terminate or suspend your access if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Breach any laws while using our Services

Termination does not affect obligations like confidentiality, liability limits, or payment owed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.
• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the previous 12 months.

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of Estonia. You agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration, and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use of the Services after updates means you agree to the revised Terms.
